American Telemedicine Association Conference April 23-25 - Orlando
As the leader in acute care telemedicine and a platinum member of the American Telemedicine Association (ATA), Advanced ICU Care will be active at the association’s annual conference. The T2 Telehealth 2.0 conference adds a Simulation Area that allows a hands-on experience of telemedicine technology. Advanced ICU Care will be the premier sponsor of the tele-ICU demonstration space.
As part of the ATA Industry Leaders Forum, Advanced ICU Care CEO Lou Silverman will participate in a panel addressing "Telehealth for Specialty Care". The panel is scheduled for Monday, April 24 at 2:45 p.m. at the ATA Experience Zone Theater and is open to all attendees.
Dr. David Nierman, Advanced ICU Care Medical Director, and Jean Turcotte, Tele-ICU Director of Adventist Health System, will jointly present the topic "Improving Metrics with the Addition of 'Tele' to the ICU (and Why It Works)".
Advanced ICU Care will be the lead sponsor of the tele-ICU exhibition in the ATA's new Experience Zone. Designed to allow visitors to see telemedicine in action, the tele-ICU center will offer both a hospital view and tele-ICU care center view.
Gian Cavallini, Advanced ICU Care Vice President of Strategy and Development, has been named the Chair Elect of the American Telemedicine Association Industry Council. The Council coordinates ATA participation and activities on behalf of all non-hospital members.
